We are in search of a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a “Project Manager”. You are expected to play a professional key role in the entire project life-cycle inclusive of planning, execution and closing projects on time. Maintaining realistic project objectives, managing and coordinating resources as well as stakeholders, mitigating risks, ensuring agreed scope completion with quality are some key expectations of you. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Adherence to the project management guidelines and development processes to support the project management framework as and when requires

2. Plan and develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents using appropriate tools

3. Monitor project progress and take corrective actions if there are any deviations

4. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders and liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis

5. Delegate tasks to appropriate personnel, identify and resolve issues/conflicts within the team

6. Pro-actively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and design contingency plans

7. Monitor and motivate the project team and influence them to take positive actions and accountabilities for their assigned work

8. Develop and deliver progress reports/presentations to senior management.

Qualifications:

1. A university degree or recognized professional qualification in the field of project management and above

2. Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management

3. Knowledge of project management techniques and tools

4. Direct work experience in project management and development life cycle

5. Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management and organizing

6. Proficient in project management software

7. Critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

8. Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives

9. Strong written and oral communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills

10. Ability to prioritize, influence, lead and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

11. Conflict management skills and stress tolerance

12. Ability to solve problems independently, quickly and completely and communicate them clearly

13. Highly dedicated, honest and willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
