We are in search of a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a “Business Analyst”. You are expected to play a professional key role in identifying and eliciting the needs of stakeholders, elaborating the requirements and defining solutions evaluating available technical capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:.

1. Ability to identify current areas of gaps and improvement possibilities.

2. Possess a good conceptual understanding of backlog grooming, sprint planning, story decomposition, tracking & monitoring, POC, RCI, RTM etc.

3. Ability to identify the best business strategies and information system strategies.

4. Developing business cases and requirements documentation

5. Ability to analyze external and internal factors for a business solution highlighting foreseen risks and dependencies.

6. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments with strong oral & written communication skills.

7. Collaborating with cross functional teams and bridging the gaps between technical teams and business stakeholders

8. Testing and validating the technical solutions to ensure acquisition of business needs.

9.  Providing necessary support to business, management teams and technical teams in terms of project’s requirement management.

10. Conduct client presentations, user trainings and product walkthrough sessions.

 Qualifications:

1. A university degree or recognized professional qualification in the field of Business management, Computer Science, or a related field

2. Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Business Analyst discipline

3. Sound knowledge of Business Analytics processes, techniques and methodologies

4. Positive PR and organizational skills

5. Proficiency in business analytics software

6. Critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills with attention to detail

7. Strong written and oral communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills

8. Ability to solve problems independently, quickly and completely and communicate them clearly

9. Highly dedicated, honest and willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
